9th Graders Tour Additive Manufacturing Center

Aside from research and development, undergraduate and graduate student learning, and additive manufacturing work, a frequent occurrence at the Additive Manufacturing Center in Waterloo, IA is tours. Often it is for industry groups, political officials, and especially frequent, students. 

Last week, 200 9th graders toured the facility and three graduate students (Nathaniel Bryant, Kip Woods and Craig Ertle) were on hand to give tours and demonstrations to showcase the center's capabilities when it comes to 3D printing. Check out pictures below.
