Nathaniel Bryant

Nathaniel Bryant is an Assistant Project Manager at the University of Northern Iowa Metal Casting Center & Foundry 4.0 Center. Nate earned his M.S. in Technology from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019, where he graduated as an FEF scholar. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree in education from UNI. Nate is an active member of several AFS technical committees in the molding, additive manufacturing, and smart manufacturing divisions. Most of his published works pertain to the advancement of industry 4.0 technologies for the foundry industry, specifically additive manufacturing and the industrial internet of things. His current efforts involve the application of low cost sensors for foundry process data acquisition to develop digital twins.
